Send application to us via fax, mail, delivery
service, or in person. Identification:
Each applicant shall provide copies of the following forms of identification
to process your application.
Driver's License or State Identification
Card and at least one of the following:
-Social Security Card
-Visa or
Green Card
-Passport
Rental History Form:

print the form, fill in the Landlord's name, address, and contact
information.

Sign the authorization for information.

Send the form to your landlord to complete.

Landlord to forward the form to us.
Employment Verification Form:

to print the form, fill in the Employer's name, address, and contact
information.

Sign the authorization for information.

Give the form to your employer to complete.

Employer to forward the form to us.
Fees:
For your convenience we accept checks and money orders. We
do not accept cash.
Upon receipt of the required documents and payment,
your application will be processed and an apartment may be selected. If a
specific apartment is not chosen, you will be placed on the Priority Wait List
for future apartment selection.
